"We stayed in 7 hotels across Vietnam and this was the best one! Nothing we'd change, the check in was quick, room was large and clean, location spot on. Really good value for money."

"There was a little issue when we first got to the hotel. When I booked the room via hotels.com and the room was for up to 4 people so we thought as long as we booked that room then we can stayed up to 4 people since our sister will stay with us. When we checked in the hotel agent we been told that we could only allow up to 2 people while our hotel room reserved for 2 beds. Since we booked through hotels.com, the hotel agent could not resolve the issue and since we were so tired after travelled over 21 hrs straight, we decided to pay extra so we can get some rest. We tried to contact hotels.com but no answered. "
