"The radiator or heater in the room made a loud sound which should get fixed. It’s a disturbing sound that you hear from time to time. But otherwise it was a terrific stay."

"I really do wish we we're able to book for whole vacation time but unfortunately they are booked. So we will have to get another hotel at a farther place after our 3 days stay. But really we enjoyed our stay, if back we'll consider this hotel first on our list. "

"Beautiful place to stay and especially at Christmastime! Loved the view of St. Patrick’s from our room. Easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. "

"Everything was great! We were able to check in early, with a charge, but it was great since we traveled with kids and we needed to relax before starting the day. The concierge was helpful and friendly. The room was large, though the view was of another building- we expected no view since there’s skyscrapers. We really only slept there. It was great having a diner on the 1st floor we ate breakfast there. The subway was right outside the building so it was convenient. They do a baggage hold so you don’t have to worry about taking your suitcases around the city with you on departure day. I would stay here again! "
