Our check out was on Saturday and we were told we'd have to move our car to that parking garage because of a farmers market blocking the ally, so I ended having to pay for the parking. We were worried about how things would be considering the enormous damage to the RAD from Helene but the hotel was in great shape. Check in was very challenging since there is no staff on sight and check in e-mails did not come through, while all other communications delivered directly to my inbox. When I emailed with concerns about parking due to our late arrival, i was not asked or informed the check in information with my door access code had been sent to me via e-mail."
