"This is a lovely hotel, I stayed 2 years ago and feel sadly it’s lost its spark a bit. The good bits first, parking is great, easy to access hotel and plenty of spaces, the spa was great, and a big bonus was the yoga class I joined when I saw people with yoga mats. "The hotel was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was basic but well priced and prepared well. The onsite parking is free and very convenient. My only issue was the bathroom was tiny! I am 6”5 and when I stood in the shower my head touched the shower head which cannot be moved, I could not sit on the toilet with the bathroom door closed, if you are tall this can be quite uncomfortable. "The staff in all departments were fantastic. They were all friendly, polite, professional and very well presented. The restaurant was pristine and the food was at our table in minutes. It pipingvhomtvand delicious. Breakfast was lovely. So much to choose from The only thing I can pick on is the tea and coffee station in the room. Personally, I would have loved to have seen some hot chocolate sachets instead of just tea and coffee. Complimentary biscuits would have been a lovely gesture too....
