"Pleasant hotel in a somewhat bustling part of town. Near the Bloor/Yonge subway stop and transportation to the downtown area is relatively quick (between 20-25 minutes). Staff are very nice, professional and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Free continental breakfast in the morning Would absolutely recommend staying here. "

"This is a very nice hotel. Clean and not outdated. Staff was excellent from the assistance outside upon our arrival to the front desk, where Tania took care of me and my family. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant. We were given information about the restaurants, tours and available services nearby the Sheraton. Housekeeping was always on point. I recommend this hotel if you’re ever traveling to Toronto. "

"My experience was great and Alex allowed me to check in early due to my early arrival. At first, I had to wait until at least 2pm but he came over to me shortly after and notified me I could. All was clean and enjoyed my stay. The only flaw I saw in the hotel was Rafael clearing tables and at the same time cleaning and refilling sugars etc when breakfast was Ed big with the same blue gloves on with not changing at all. I found it quite disgusting as he was cleaning with a rag at the same time...

"Between the extreme music in the lobby and the extreme sound from the airplanes, this was not a relaxing stay per se. It was, however, very clean, very friendly, and very accommodating. We were grateful to have the option, but the online description of soundproof rooms was definitely not true. Again, a very pleasant stay for what it was, and being that it's so close to the airport, it's a very clean and convenient place."
