"Staff & food was great in the dining area where visited . The apartment the balcony door lock was not locking the lock was falling apart . The shower drain was clog despite reporting it to the staff on the first day of our stay,, no one did anything about our complains. The room had roaches running around needed to be sprayed these issued management need to take more serious and hold these maintenance crew responsible if u guys want to be one of the top resort in DR"

"We have been to Punta Cana before, and this was by far our best experience. I give the resort 10 stars from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everyone who worked there was absolutely fabulous and the place was stunning. The food was absolutely amazing the buffet and the private dining staff was excellent and met all our needs. Special Thanks to our fabulous pool swim up bartenders, Mar, Yoses, Rosie and Martha, best bartenders ever, cannot tell you how hard-working and fabulous these four people were. Social event coordinator pineapple was absolutely on it all morning afternoon and evening, her energy was unbelievable. The piano bar entertainment was fabulous special thanks to Ruth, an absolute fabulous server, best espresso martini ever. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we absolutely loved the garden view, very private and beautiful. Daily cleaning staff was fabulous as well as the staff that refilled our mini refrigerator. We went for our friends 30th wedding anniversary and they were so sweet to put chocolate covered strawberries in their room as well as an amazing anniversary cake. Guest services and excursion staff were on point and met all our needs. We cannot wait to book for next year. "
