"This was our first time staying at an Omni and we were blown away. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was helpful and kind. The grounds were so beautiful and you could tell the employees enjoyed working there. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There is so much to do for everyone there. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 under 3 in our group and everyone enjoyed themselves. There was a convention going on but with all the pools, it never felt too crowded. A HUGE shout out to Ethan for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He took the time to learn why we were vacationing and then added extra touches to make this experience even more special. We will always be Omni people now. "

"Staff were great at check in. Loved the features through the week movies popcorn etc. room was clean and comfortable plenty of room for 6 people (3 adults 3 kids) there was a pull out couch if it was needed as well. "
