"Lovely hotel. Reception staff were not as friendly as the other staff who were very polite. The breakfast staff were fantastic. The view wasn’t great but everything else was amazing. "

"The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "
