"The hotel was fine however the shuttle service was very poor. I was stranded at airport due to snow and called ahead to make sure there would be shuttle service around midnight and was assured of it. I waited over 45 minutes in the freezing snow and called three times being assured the shuttle was on it's way. I gave up and eventually called an uber. "
