"It is a great property and hotel, although the room was dated (but maintained well for a 40-year-old hotel). Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The front desk was helpful and friendly. Convenient location—nice green oasis in the middle of the city. The food was okay. It was the second time I stayed at the hotel. "

"Great hotel near the falls with charming staff and comfortable rooms. The gardens abound with animals (zebra by the pool) and it’s just next to the falls entrance. They provide free shuttkes to the Royal Livingsone hotel so easy to go there for dinner."
