"It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. "

"We chose this property for location and for the advertised spa but didn’t understand that the staff closed it at 5 pm so if check in is 3 pm and you’re only staying one night that’s a very short time in the hot tub or sauna. It’s a beautiful setting and the breakfast was superb. "

The couple managing the property were attentive and extremely helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within a short and pleasant walk to the city center. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the hotel’s garden."
