"Lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Couple of negative things. 1. The walls in the rooms look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

It is still comfortable & convenient for us having travelled from the Midlands however in view of the very high price to stay in the hotel I don't think the hotel is as good as it used to be. The room is adequate but the amenities like the soap,shower gel etc are average at best. "I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...

"It is close to the ovo arena and you can just hop on a bus and it’s about 25minites. The rooms are small but have enough space if you’re there for just the night or two. You can hear other rooms toilet going off and the drains are connected so the smell travels into your room as well. The breakfast is good. And staff are very polite however if you get there after 11 after an event you will have to wait for someone to turn up and give you your key back. "
