"The property’s location is excellent. The hotel just needs some renovation, there is no outlet on the bedside tables, no clock either. Little things but would be nicer to have them. Staff is excellent. Very very helpful. I would recommend this property however there is construction right next to the building. "

"The room was absolutely so much more than what I expected! The decor was so classical, the room was huge, and all the ameneties were just great! The bed was super comfortable too. Lola restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious. I would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a special place to stay!"

"The location and proximity to transport /trams is brilliant! The facilities and views stunning. The customer service could do with a bit of customer training 101. Most staff members were great. However, one concerned us and he almost didn’t want to help. "
