"The location is great, walking from train station, few minutes you are at Duomo, Lorenzo and easy to take buses everywhere. The breakfast was incredible. Mostly, so quiet, the windows are really sound proof. My husband is a light sleeper and hard of walking, they have a small elevator too. I highly recommended for anyone."

"Solid hotel. Rooms are impossibly small, though perhaps that's the case with most/all hotels in Florence. If you are claustrophobic, this may not be the best option for you; pay attention to listed square footage of room. The fact that there is a laundromat right next door is convenient!"

"The hotel was in a good location. We walked everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us book trains to our destinations. They also had breakfast included! When we needed a taxi, they called for us. They took care of us and made our stay a wonderful experience."
