Walkable location to nearly all you need in the city center, including from train station. We appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early, and felt very comfortable that the staff had our property stored securely for us. "

"We had an excellent stay: we will certainly return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It has a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Arno and the Duomo. The breakfast was very good indeed, with lovely cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on. The staff were charming and helpful. My one criticism would be that the shower was very tricky - the water was either icy or scaldingly hot. All in all, a special and delightful hotel!"
