"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"Great view. Convenient to have option of multiple beds (suites works well). The valet was efficient and effective. But best is definitely the view! And walkability down to to falls."

"For the most part our stay was amazing! The room was amazing and staff were great until it was checkout time. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Our car was also broken into in the PUBLIC parking lot the hotel directed us to because their lot was full. Luckily nothing of value was taken but the hotel couldn’t do anything as they didn’t have any cameras in that lot because it wasn’t there’s. That was very frustrating but the overall experience at the hotel was great. "
