"Great affordable place which is what we were looking for on our weekend getaway. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff was kind and really accommodating. If and when we return to Syracuse we will definitely be staying here again! Amazing place for the price!"

"We stayed here because it was close to a venue for a celebration we were attending. They were so quick at check in and kind and even gave us a fresh warm cookie at the time of check in. The property was very nice, elegant and clean. The only complaint I had, was they had someone from housekeeping knocking on every door on our floor at 8am saying it was time for check out when people hadnt checked out yet and I said that to the employee. We went downstairs for coffee and I let the front desk staff know cause the lady kept doing it even an hour later after she knocked on our door, she kept knocking on more. Anyhoo, I believe the employees name was Erin at the front desk, she immediately told us she would address it with management and provided us a breakfast voucher which was very nice. Overall the place was outstanding!"
