"Very friendly staffs, I would like to commend Anna for making us feel welcome to the hotel after a long trip. Has a water machine at each level so you don’t have to drink toilet water which is a big plus for me. Location is excellent, within 5 mins walk from arlanda express station."

"Too eco-friendly. Ingrown stains on sheets and towels (In Sweden they do not wash hot enough in order to save energy) no cleaning unless you tell them the day BEFORE. Do not plan to visit the pool, it has to be booked so it was already full. "

"The property itself was a great place to stay, clean and comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts were exceptional. Did not use the restaurant in the evening. Access to the commuter ferry was excellent. Unfortunately local road works meant we were unable to walk to Sodermalm over the nearest bridge and it was difficult to find an alternative pedestrian route."

"Unfortunately the check in staff were not familiar with gift vouchers. The hotel was booked via the internet. On arrival a voucher for the full amount of the stay was handed over as payment, however the lady in reception said that she could not accept this voucher as the hotel was not booked through their own website. Therefore payment had to be made by card and the voucher could not be used. After making a call to the hotel’s head office it appears as though the hotel staff were incorrect and...
