"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"Perfect location, near all the night life. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. 8 minute Uber to the historic district but still walkable. Free breakfast, free water bottles daily. "

"We weren’t aware they would be under construction… but it didn’t bother us. In fact I liked to see hotels updating their property. The room was clean, a little rough from the age. The mattress needs to be replaced, but not unbearable. Wish there was a few extra blankets, but again not unbearable. We plan to return!"

"Totally happy with our stay at this hotel! We had an issue with our 1st room upon check-in and they promptly moved us to a new room facing the pools & ocean with no up charge!! The view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable! The pools were awesome, the restaurant was great! Thank you Hilton. "
