"Loved the proximity to restaurants and to historic Charleston (parks, monuments, shopping, water). Was a bit disappointed in the service (had to request towels & linens as no room service to replace used towels with clean towels and no one emptied garbage until night before check-out) with a four night three adult stay."

"Was great having a room right on the beach so we can walk right out to the ocean. Having a band every night until 10:00 PM was a challenge for anyone wanting to go to sleep early. Loved the walkable distance to Caligny Plaza where we were able to eat all week and even access to a grocery store. We only left the property in our car one time the entire week and that was to buy souvenir shirts. Really wished there were balconies. We love sitting on a balcony watching the ocean. "The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
