However I always have to spend time away from my vacation to address an error in my charges. And I mean every visit. This visit is no excpetion. I typically get it resolved but it takes time away from my visit and family and is stressful and aggravating to say the least."

"The only thing I didnt like was the music was so loud in gym/pool areas. The one day I was the only one in the gym and asked for it to be turned off since the volume could not be adjusted. Otherwise this was a beautiful resort and I'd 10/10 stay here again!"
