"This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its only a few minutes walk to most of the shops and areas of interest in the Old Town. The breakfast buffet is quite good. It was a very enjoyable stay."

One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. "The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...
