"We stayed in the Riverview Suite, and it was amazing. The room was well-apportioned and very comfortable, including plush beds (a rarity in China). The view did not disappoint! The staff did not speak much English but were very polite and helpful using translation apps. It was a great hotel, and even better for the price we paid. "Very nice location. Close to restaurants, shopping, subway. Helped with trave guide and how to get there. Best place o stayed at on this trip!"

"The location is good. The room is clean and spacious. As in most hotels in China, most of the staff can’t speak English properly except for one or two. However, they use a language translation app which can get the messages across. It’s very noisy early in the morning due to some noises from some construction work nearby. I was woken up by the noise. The hotel had provided a pair of rubber ear plugs but I am not using it as I want to hear what’s going on. "

"Coming from california, we needed a place to stay that was close to the center of town and all the activities and shops and food stalls just to experience the life of the city. I do not speak in Chinese but my companion did which was really really important because even at this great great five star hotel not everyone is necessarily trained for International travelers by speaking english. However everyone did their best, fantastic job to make sure our stay was wonderful and I would happily stay in this fantastic five-star hotel again especially considering the price in comparison to hotels in California."
