"I stayed for around ten nights and found it to be fabulous. Large and comfortable room, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant meals very good also. Nice gym facilities and relaxation room with massage chairs too. Pool looked beautiful but I didn't get round to using it! The hotel is linked to a large shopping complex and is about ten minutes walk to a subway station. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The service in all areas are all outstanding (above and beyond). The restaurant on the 25th floor is very good with a variety of selection. The dinner buffet was delicious!! Also, special thanks to Daisy at reception on the 25th floor for her outstanding service!! It was truly a very enjoyable stay!! "

"As this was my first trip to China and I chose this hotel without any direction or knowledge of the property I will say this. I really was treated by the staff excellent and enjoyed their friendliness and their professionalism. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this property as the place to stay. I will for sure return to China and will stay here again."

"Hotel is new and clean and nice. But we were there in a mild winter and it was central heating which they could not turn off - so the rooms are really stuffy. They had to bring us a fan and we had to leave the windows open - so much for eco-friendliness. But hotel is really nice. And staff are friendly. Would stay again. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There is a brilliant hotpot restaurant on the same road that was recommended by staff. The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient. "Pros: Hotel looks really posh and clean, the room was nice too. It's on the affordable range. You can easily find authentic Sichuan cuisine and products nearby. The metro is a walkable 3 minutes, there is a lift that goes from the ground floor to the station. It is also near Tianfu central shopping district, just a metro stop away. Many of the main tourist spots are just one or two metro stops away. Cons: The WC is seated pretty low and seat isn't heated, so it can be pretty harsh in a colder climate. P.S I can't really account for the staff being able to speak English because I communicated everything in Chinese."
