"A good five star hotel "

"Affordable stay at a 4-star hotel. But our rooms were too hot. When we pointed out that the room temperature felt like 28 degrees when we set it at 23 degrees, the response of the reception was "it is winter. heating is turned on during the winter. try turning off the heater or open the window." Sorry but heaters are supposed to automatically turn off once the room temperature exceeds the set temperature. And even when we turned off heating and opened the window, the room temperature still did not drop."

"Staff was really nice and check in and out was easy! Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing, nobody greeted me in the restaurant and the only staff there was literally asleep at a table in the dark next to the buffet. Overall the room was extremely clean and cleaned everyday, but there was a used bandage hanging from the curtain. I still say that it was clean because I can see how the bandage could have been missed as it was in a very hidden spot on the curtain. Overall I highly recommend staying here as I could almost walk to all major attractions in the area."

"Leah from reception very helpful with her local knowledge during our brief stay. My wife appreciated her advice tremendously. Great staff all around. Down side was to see the bar in the ground level closed as I had many memories there over the years."
