The adress is NOT CORRECT, this hotel IS NOT THERE, we called expedia asking for help and they didn’t help. That adress is a a government building NOT A HOTEL.

Room: Dirty, it is a new hotel operates since end 2023, can see the room was not completely cleaned after built when I stay in Mar 2024. I have allergy on my skin after 2 nights stay. May be the new furniture have formaldehyde ( which I cannot verify ) or dirty, The dirt can even see on bed sheet. SOME hair (not belong to me) can be found on unused towels. The facilities inside the room was not well installed or come with poor workmanship. You might found a sharp edge of tile in shower room and the tap of bathtub can shake. Location: My stay during Mar 2024 and the hotel was surrounded by many construction site. Building work is in beginning stage and able to foreseen those project will not be finished by end 2025. If you are not stay the side facing the lake. You can hear the noise very clear even in 10:30pm. It really nothing around not even any shops. closest convenience store is more than 1km. Don’t expect you can got a taxi easily. During the stay I didn’t see any taxi outside the hotel, you must rely on DiDi (China Uber). Catering: frustrated breakfast. Restaurant operate till 9:30pm, room service stop in the same time. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO EAT AFTER THAT. Only one Chinese restaurant operates and NO restaurant serves western cuisine in weekday. The buffet open on Fri, Sat and Sun only. There is 2 Marriott hotels in the town and price are similar. I stay both in the trip. No doubt to go for Sheraton. This Marriott is not ready yet.

　新設された青島膠東国際機場から朝の便で出発するため、空港に近いこのホテルを利用しました。空港は市の郊外にあり、公共交通機関が未整備のため渋滞を考慮すると空港周辺に前泊するのが安心です。 　部屋の設備、清掃、スタッフの対応は優良で安心できます。しかし、ホテル周辺の開発は進んでおらず近隣に食事をとれる店がありません。またホテル内のレストランも早い時間に閉店します。夕食をとることができず、苦労しました。 　食事のことをのぞけば、静かな環境で安眠できる、空港前泊のホテルとして、よい候補になると思います。

部屋の照明やカーテンのスイッチが壊れていて押しても反応が悪かった。エレベーターの部屋カードを読み取る機械が反応せず、自分の部屋の階を通り過ぎてしまった。　電気系の不具合が多い印象だった。
