"For the price in China, this hotel was not worth it. A water bed? Also, the shower did not properly work and the front desk staff was pretty unhelpful. Wouldn't have expected anything too fancy, but for 20-30$, you could easily find similar accommodation in Qingdao."

"If you book thtough wotif you need to be able to print your booking confirmation in Mandarin as the staff do not understand any english. Fortunately i had my chinese son in law but it still took over 30 minutes to confirm actual booking and price quoted. "

"The hotel was in a great location and staff were helpful and friendly. However, I would not stay there again because the room was a bit too spartan like, it was cold with dirty timber floors and the bathroom needed an upgrade. Upgrade means that the water dripped all day and night, and that there was no separate shower from the rest of the bathroom."

"Lovely hotel and the staff are so nice. There was a bit of trouble with checking in because they didn't seem to recognise it. Took maybe 20 minutes or so. Always remember, use the exact (and full) name that's on your passport when you book. I think that was why it took so long? Anyway, the buffet breakfast was fantastic and the room was awesome. Definitely would return next time I go to Yantai."

"We have booked thru Expedia before the trip but when i was checking in and showing my expedia itinerary, Blue Horizon International said that it's not booked yet. They asked me to go to another Blue Horizon Hotel which is 10km away to check but also no booking. It is very disappointing. I ended up checking in at a walk-in rate which is higher. I demand for compensation and refund of the difference of which was booked on expedia. It is under itinerary #7436755226012."
