"The Slavija is an admirable monument to the Yugoslavia of old, and with that it is a little tired. It is however, easy to get to, comfortable and clean and has a good breakfast, so very much what we'd hoped for when needing a last minute stay in Belgrade. For a night in the city before heading to the airport, you could do worse."

"Very beautiful hotel, converted from a former mansion that was built about 100 years ago. The room & bathroom are huge & clean. Breakfast is good. Location is convenient, within walking distance to the center. I would recommend this hotel & definitely would stay here again."

"It was a good hotel overall, conditions were not the best, elevator bit dodgy but works, room was massive and full of space. Bathroom door for shower was broken on one side, not fully functional but overall it was good. On top of a small shopping center, there is Poncho fast food open next door which doesn't accept card and a supermarket crossing road that does accept card. Macdonalds literally infront so good location. "

"Hotel was well located for transport and opposite the old railway station. Despite a late (3am) arrival, staff were still avaliable to greet us. We were given a free upgrade however the room we were on looked out onto the main road and the doors didn’t close properly, meaning we were disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent, as were toiletries avaliable in the room. "

"To start with the location, the hotel is in a good location close to the public square and several touristic attractions. Several tram/bus station are at 5 min walking from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked for touristic guidance and they were so kind to answer all my questions. The terasse of the hotel has a nice view. When it comes to the breakfast it is considered average. Rooms are clean and averagely furnished. It is fair for what is paid for."

"I had a nice, large comfortable room. However, my room faced southwest so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times as the room got very warm from the direct sun. I also had an issue with the quality of the WiFi. I needed it regularly and the service was very slow or intermittent. I mentioned it to the reception and they just said it’s far away. "
