"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. "Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over."

"The ease of check in was very convenient as we were able to check in before the stipulated time. In terms of location, you have the convenience of being located on the river front and doorstep of a mall, but also shielded from the noise and hustle and bustle should you not be a shopping fan! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The Food and Beverages manager on the evening of Sat 16 Nov 24 was outstanding; He took the time to recommend and explain the local dishes. Jee is also worth mentioning as she went above and beyond in her service. Great place to stay - would come back again. "
