"A superb hotel staff with excellent service. Rooms are more of a European style, basic. If one thing needs updating it would be the matresses. The mattresses in our room, were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Restaurant menu was great and quality of food generous. Will stay again"

For those who enjoy running or are traveling for business this is the place, only few meters from the athletics stadium and Bucaramanga's convention center. I would come back every time I had the chance. "

"Decent location about 10 minute walk across the river to town. Very accommodating staff. Busy only on weekends. Breakfast buffet on weekends. To-order on weekdays. Elevators and hot showers were rather hit or miss. Overall it was fine for the money. "
