"This is the worst experience in my whole life after travelling for so many years around the world. The room is dirty with the bedsheet all yellowish, side tables that are broken, dirty toilet and rude staffs ! Please consider before staying here. You can use additional RM 10 for better service, comfortable, clean and the best service in town."

"What a DEAL!! An incredibly nice, clean, centrally located modern hotel at such a low price - and that price included an all-you-can-eat Chinese breakfast buffet each morning. On-site gym and outdoor pool, on-site convenience store, on-site restaurant, shuttle service to the 3 major shopping malls, on-site laundry service, and a huge, well-furnished, well-kept hotel room with all the modern-day amenities I needed. I HIGHLY recommend the Ming Garden Hotel is/when you're visiting Kota Kinabalu."
