"They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "

"This is an older hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We really appreciated the shuttle ride to the hotel from the airport. Employees were all friendly and helpful. They were somewhat confused with the hotels.com reservation but let us stay anyway. "

"Love this hotel, they think of everything from body lotion and shampoo in the bedrooms that smells amazing, a beautiful pool, two fantastic bars and restaurants, beautiful decor, turn down the bed at night, fresh coffee, biscuits, tea & water in the rooms. Can’t wait to go back in a few days after our gorilla expedition. The staff are exceptional too."

"Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good."

"Good value for money. Rooms are spacious, and beds are very comfortable. However services are inconsistent and internet connection was erratic."
