"It’s a beautiful hotel by the lake and inside the historical City Palace. It was amazing to have such a beautiful, tranquil place just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The decor in both the room and the property in general was really pretty and perfectly captured the nature of the city. Special dining experiences were truly unique. Service from the staff was great except for one or two instances. I would like to give a special shoutout to Himanshu at front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful with every single little thing that we needed."
