Our only criticism is that we we’re originally told the restaurant would be open the first night we were there and it wasn’t. Instead we got a “pizza party” this was fine except the cost was not presented to us prior. The pool was also closed early due to a wedding. "This is a special property. The balcony is literally right above the Piazza della Signoria and looks directly at the David reproduction and the Palazzo Vecchio. The second floor property is above a pizzeria restaurant, and is on the square so there is some noise at night, but I was able to get to sleep even with the windows open.
