They kindly allowed me to pay later and kept my luggage safe while I was away. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. "Property rated on the price point being a budget hotel. It was perfect for our one night stay in Milan being close to central train station. About 10 min walk with our luggage. Staff friendly, easy check in, comfortable bed. 30 min walk to Duomo. Only thing that didn’t work well was the aircony, but there was a ceiling fan which was fine in September. "
