"A really beautiful hotel right by the lake. We only stayed one night but we will definetly come back again. The rooms were really nice, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. I was expecting a better breakfast though. It was a bit disappointing. The bacon was overcooked, it was like trying to eat leather. But that did not ruin our stay. I recommend this place to anyone!"

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"Great hotel for a week skiing La Clusaz, the hotel has its own vehicle to transfer you to one of the 2 lifts or the Tour Village bus passes every 10 mins. Spa is excellent with ice cave, sauna, rain shower and small pool, also a relaxation room with herbal teas. Hotel recommended we book restaurants prior to our visit which we did and was a good job we did as restaurants were turning people away. "The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"
