Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property."

One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This efficiency significantly reduced my stress and ensured I had ample time before my flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting Citadines again or some of the other outlets in the future!"
