"Overall a great place to relax and spend some quality time with the family in Karachi. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and not so crowded for Karachi. Water parks were well maintained although some of the facilities were not there at all but mentioned on their website and their map. A couple of restaurants were also closed for good. "Stuff on arrival was very rude reast of stuff was very nice breakfast was ok hotel washroom was dirty and only gave one towel and one small soap carpet was very dirty even bedsheets and blanket was also dirty overall it's was not worth of what I paid "

"Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. Food was tasty, with buffet breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for everyone, also room service was quick and delicious. This hotel is in a busy area, but never heard anything in my room. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Lahore. "
