The uphill walk to the food outlets can be a little challenging for the slightly unfit, but the coming back home is great., A short GRAB ride to the Genting highlands, to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and scenery. "As it is soft opening, the main attractions are not ready. The bathrooms also hv a smell. It has to do with the air ventilator. This is something the management needs to look into it and find the cause. Otherwise, the review will always be negative."

"The hotel has a great location, just in front of a very nice beach. The room is quite clean but a bit dated. We could see some scratches on the wall and dirty areas under the sink. The room doesn’t have good sound proof as we can hear people walking, talking on the corridor and can hear sound from the next door room while staffs are cleaning the room. However, it was quiet at night so we can sleep well. Staffs are efficiency at the lobby and offer discount for breakfast which is nice. Breakfast was ok, many options with beach view. You can enjoy the stunning sunrise on the beach and walk along the beach in the early morning which was the best thing I enjoy at the resort. Overall, it was still a wonderful get away trip with Hyatt "

"Lovely place to go for a short break. It maybe a 3-star (I think) resort but you would not realize as the service is 5-star. The food is amazing in the resort. Simple breakfast and I had their well cooked porridge everyday. In the evenings, the grill and even their buffet was good and affordable. Just outside the resort, there are a few shops for local food. Visited a Chinese place and a Malay food shop. Overall, great place to free the mind and get better and greater ideas."
