"Very nice hotel. The check in staff were great. The staff when I checked out were so-so. I got to the desk and hand over my keys and got a receipt. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. She said no. I get to the gate to but couldn't leave. A woman in the office there said I needed to go back to the front desk and get a scan code or key. I go back to the front desk and the woman prints out a code, no apology for not getting this the 1st time. I go back to the gate and now the code...

"It was good clean room, The only issue was the fan on toilet was very loud it look like is time to replace this fan on room 114"
