"Location: The hotel is located about 1.6KM (approximately 25 mins walk) from Yufuin Station and food source. Connectivity: WiFi is not available in the room, only in the lobby. Customer Service: Requested for a dinner reservation on the third night of our stay, but got rejected. Requested for two additional pillows, but got rejected again. Service staff at the front desk, uncle with spec, is always grouchy and unfriendly. Room: Huge, but old. There are holes in the blanket. Onsen: Probably...

"Hotel is located strategically near to shopping street & lake Kinrinko. The breakfast experience is nice. Hotel room is quite decent size for 4 persons & onsen is good too. We opt for the dinner & breakfast package. We are given choice between Yakiniku or Sukiyaki for our dinner and the foods are taste alright. Will revisit again some day."
