The hotel is quite spacious, and the ocean view is breathtaking. Before my visit, I had assumed that the hotel had undergone a recent renovation. However, the room we were staying in was surprisingly old. The facilities in the room appeared to have been used for over a decade. The sink had turned yellow and cracked, and the TV was small and had low resolution. The room also had an unpleasant odor. While the scenery is beautiful, the windows outside were covered in spider webs and insects, which was quite unsettling to look at.

It was ok. No baby crib available. The baby area is not baby safe, my child cut her head open on one of the tables bc they have sharp edges and had to go to the emergency room. There was mold on the vents in the room and the carpets were pretty dirty.

良い点 ・夕食、朝食バイキングの内容が良かった ・プールがあるので、子どもがとても喜んだ 残念な点 ・ホテルエントランス前の駐車場が満車で第二？駐車場が少し離れていて不便だった ・大浴場にタオルが一切置いておらず、不便だった(客室からうっかり持って行くのを忘れたら、客室かフロントまで戻らないといけないので注意) ・混み合う時間帯は、エレベーターを乗るのに行列だった(ホテルの規模に対してエレベーター数が少なく感じた)

今回初めて利用しました。トータル的には満足出来るホテルでした。ウェルカムドリンクやプール利用、朝夕のビュッフェは子供も楽しむ事ができたのでまた利用したいと思います。 不満な点はチェックインの受付の対応がイマイチでした。説明が足りず、後から別のスタッフに聞いたが、心のこもっていない対応を受けたので残念です。あとは、和室の方が少し安かったので選びましたが、畳や家具？に歴史を感じてしまいました。汚いとかではなく少し暗い印象。時間が経てば慣れました。 和室の部屋と受付のスタッフ以外はすごく満足出来るホテルでした。

別府湾を望むロケーションは最高に良く温泉も内湯、露天共に満喫できました。 ただインバウンド客が多く浴槽に潜って遊ぶ年輩の中国人や身体拭かず脱衣場に上がってくる人などマナーの悪さが気になりました。

朝食バイキングやラウンジサービスをを期待してこのホテルにしました。 ラウンジは時間制限はあるものの種類は多く自分で好きなカクテルを作って飲めるのはよかったです。 朝食バイキングも混雑することなくゆっくり食べることが出来ました。 ただGWだったからなのかラウンジ、朝食ともに食材や飲料の補充がおそかったり、なかったりで満足のいくサービスではなかったです。 お部屋は清潔でした。
