"This hotel was centrally located in the area where we wanted to explore, breakfast bar was OUTSTANDING, and the staff was so kind to us. One of the night staff helped us find a lost wallet that was left in the hotel shuttle, translated on the phone for us, and was so sweet! I highly recommend this place."

"The staff are fantastic! So friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, I had to move rooms 3 times during my 2 night stay. The first night, the tv didn't work (it would just shut itself off after a couple of minutes of cutting in and out). I was moved to another room which had 2 single beds instead of one queen bed...same problem with the tv. The second day I wasoved to another room with a queen bed, tv that worked but right next to the housekeeping room so noise was an issue along with dirty room...

"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient.
