"Facility is a little dated with a minimalist lobby and reception area. But it is very convenient .there is a direct bus to airport A41 if you don't want to use hotel shuttle. two MTR stations are within 15 min walk. There are lots of eateries within the hotel and in the neighborhood. The hotel is next to a river and a bike lane...good and inexpensive place to stay It is also easy to get to border crossing to mainland. Room size can be average to roomy. It looks busy in the lobby, but it is not...

"This is a five-star accommodation. The view of the harbor is wonderful to wake up to. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. In addition to dining at the hotel, there are many options in the Piazza a short walk from the hotel. The beach is just a short walk away. There are many buses to take you to the city and taxis are abundant."

"Many of the parks activities were closed and there were very few staff available to answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. The complimentary breakfast was temperature challenged but fine."

"This is a really nice hotel with a lot of dining options in the food hall, there is a separate area on the lower floor for a very comprehensive breakfast Chinese and western options available all to a high standard, a nice social area in reception To hang out or meet clients, The rooms were just very slightly dated, but overall very clean and everything you need in the room, including an iron and ironing board, Safe and small fridge, A Special thank you to Claudia who is a credit to the hotel as she was very helpful and very informative of the local attractions, Would definitely stay here again."
