"You deserve to stay here! Hidden gem in the good part of town. The checkin process seemed like it was going to be a hassle but it was the best communication experience ive had traveling. The jacuzzi suite and all the rooms are worth the price. Didnt get to use the pool or gym. Easily are more afforablw than hotels in the arra with better amenities. Close to the best supermarket. And shopping centers. "

"Building is nice, front desk was helpful, and assist you to the room once you get there. There is 24hr security. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Price was not bad for a 2 story loft, decent price. Hotel has a pool and gym and a couple of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely book again."

"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"Un muy bonito lugar desde que encuentras la puerta para acceder, personas amistosas y serviciales, cámara de vigilancia y habitaciones cómodas con buena climatación. Definitivamente volveríamos allá. Solo tener presente que está un poco oculto para encontrar ya que no se ve un letrero facil de aprecia, pero después, un sitio muy bonito y cómodo. "

"Overall all good. Management could have done better to inform us when the room was ready. Floor was not cleaned well, our feet turned pitch black after a shower from walking on the floor. Haven’t had breakfast yet, can’t comment. "

"I made a mistake and booked an extra room i did not need. The manager was very helpful to assist me to cancel 1 room through the hotels app. The room was exactly as expected and advertised. The only thing i suggest could be improved is providing drinking water."

"This property was booked weeks in advance, to find out upon arrival that this property is CLOSED! They still accepted the payment, and my family had to scramble to find another location to stay. Very Dissappinted!"

Excellent service

"My only concern was when I got to the hotel. I ask in advance for a first floor room do to my knee problem. They gave me a 3rd floor one()they don'thave elevators). I refused it and they gave me a 2nd floor one and it was insane (old furniture, super small, no balcony, no views). After the first night of my reservation out of the 4 days reservation, I ask to be move to a decent one and THEY DID! IT was on a first floor, renovated with balcony and a nice view. I ended up addind 2 more nights to my stay."
