"No complaints about the room, I was in one of the older rooms but it was clean, very close to the gym and quick to access. The staff were very prompt when I requested toiletries that I'd forgotten. One piece of constructive feedback: I was offered a £10 food voucher in exchange for not having my room cleaned each day during my three night stay, which I think is a great green incentive. I saved it to use for breakfast on my last day, only to learn that morning that it didn't apply to breakfast -...

"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! "Convenient "

"The Point A was a great basic hotel (but it had everything we needed) in a perfect location (Kensington). The lobby cafe was convienient (with a fresh, yummy menu), bright and welcoming. The rooms were small but very clean, technology friendly and quiet. Staff were always available and very helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of a big grocery store and the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t need a full service hotel. Fabulous experience and great value! "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location could not be beat. We were walking distance from so many great sights in London and if we needed to go further the tube was quite literally at our front door."

"Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else. "

"Beyond impressed with this hotel. Super clean, and my room shower had constant water pressure and hot water with no issues. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus, Paddington Railway station and the tube is only a 3 min walk from the hotel. There are so many amenities around the hotel, nothing to worry about. "
