While we filled out our paperwork, she took the time to share helpful tips about what to see in Santiago and how to get there. Her warm and attentive attitude made us feel instantly at home. She even offered us some breakfast upon arrival—an incredibly kind gesture that we truly appreciated. Our room was ready around 1 p.m., but we didn’t return until 3 p.m. since we were enjoying the city. Later that evening, her colleague Jennifer was equally impressive. She helped us plan for the next day and gave us great advice on the weather and what to expect. Like Andrea, she was kind, thoughtful, and attentive—both of them were truly stupendous hosts. In addition, the staff helped us coordinate transportation for both airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free. Thanks to the exceptional service from Andrea and Jennifer, we would absolutely return to this hotel. The staff made all the difference in making our stay comfortable, easy, and memorable. "
