"Some of the furniture in the our room was quite worn out and had some kind of dirt all across it. It looked like there was gum or something sticky on the chair so we were unable to use the desk area properly. The mirror in the desk was also quite dirty. Everything else was absolutely amazing and beds were absolutely fantastic to sleep on. Thank you for all of the amazing hospitality and all of the services that were provided. "

"I paid for a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom at check-in. I received a complimentary drink while I was being checked in and I really needed that as I was exhausted. The staff was awesome, they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same daily, this needs to be improved on, they should have a wider selection. Overall, I had a good time."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the most perfect trip! Our first all inclusive experience and we were truly spoilt…every single staff member was friendly and attentive, our room was amazing with the sea view, the different dining options around the resort were delicious and there was so much choice! "A fantastic hotel for those looking for somewhere to relax and switch off the decor of the hotel is beautiful and the staff cannot do enough for you.
