"Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location. We had the luxury studio with the jacuzzi. Note that the water pressure for the shower was just so-so. We had stayed at another room earlier with just a shower stall - the water pressure was fabulous in that room. "

"Like: Garden and quirky endearing Villa. Showers ok. Bed was ok. Free basic breakfast but as no milk was provided only bread jam or toast were possible. Dislike: Thought we booked en suite but only a double was allocated. The advertised free shuttle to ferry was not available and hasn’t been for years. Spa out of order. Kitchen was filthy - sticky floors and not enough tea towels so the three or so were soaking wet. Hardly hygienic. Very little space in fridge and no freezer. No...

"Really impressed with how clean the room and the bathroom was. Bed had two electric blankets (wonderful for chilly NZ late fall night). Bathroom also had a heater. Front desk set up an early morning taxi. Easy location to walk to dinner. "
