"Good Property, but little old. Have full of privacy on rooms and rooms are comfortable and easily accomodate 2 1. Breakfast food spread is good and tasty as well. Quick checkin and check-out process. Highly recommend when there was price is reasonable. Last moment booking the prices are crazy. "

"Staff were very friendly, prompt and efficient considering there were other guests who had arrived just before us. They upgraded my room which was a surprise for us, room was large, and clean. We ask the reception staff that we wanted a drop off at the airport, the car and driver were available at requested time, car was clean and luxurious. Hotel has exceeded my expectations. "My stay was totally messed up from the beginning due to American Airlines fouling up everything they touched. Arrived a day and a half late and Mr. Gomaz and his staff rearranged pick up from airport three times by the time things were done. The persistence of his staff in talking to mishandled bags at Qatar (who saved the day) is largely due to the persistence I believe of Mr Gomez and his staff. I can't say enough about the efficiency, the caring and the attitude of both Mr Gomez and his staff. That's what you call a personal touch and believe me, that's a rare thing. You can't go wrong by staying here. I sure hope I can come back to Sri Lanka and if all the planets align and things work out, that will be the first place I go and stay. They offered to arrange tours and everything with the driver but I had a tour booked and so I had to turn down their generous offer. I love breakfast with fresh fruit when I don't have to shop for it, cut it and prepare it. Top notch all around. This is definitely not a mega resort cookie cutter hotel, but if you want personal attention and genuine smiles, you can't go wrong here at all."

"I'm a competitive swimmer. This hotel has a 100 meter pool with crystal clear water. I was in heaven. The rooms were awesome. The view from our room was fantastic. The bathrooms are uniquely designed. The only downside was a very limited menu at the restaurant"

"Well located in a quiet street a very short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Super clean and modern. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast, beautifully presented. Eat in the restaurant if you have the opportunity. Excellent wifi and aircon. The spa is good value for money also"
